My school short essay
I read in +2 high school Tundi Dhanbad. It is a government school. It is one of the most reputed and famous schools in our city.
The school is very big and beautiful. It has 20 classrooms and a big hall for holding meetings. Apart from these, we have the principal’s office room, a separate room for the teachers, a common room, a library and an office room. It has a big playground in front of the school building.
There are 1500 students on the rolls of the school. All the students are disciplinarian, obedient and respectful to their teachers and elders.
The staff of the school consists of the principal, 25 assistant teachers, a drawing master and a physical instructor, besides clerks and menials. The principal is well qualified and efficient subjects. Their teaching is very simple so that the students can understand easily. They also mix freely with the students after school hours.
Students take an active part in the games and sports of the school. The sporting club of the school has owned several cups and medals in the local tournaments. Many of them also take part in the national tournament.
There is a debating society in the school. Debates are held on every Sunday. Students take an active part in them. My school brings out a magazine which contains articles by students and teachers.
My school has maintained very brilliant results at the board examination. Each year a large number of boys passed in the 1st and 2nd divisions and the percentage of failures is very low.
My school has got a rich library. There are a large number of good books on various subjects.
My school is different from other schools in many ways. It is famous for good teaching and discipline. The teachers of this are school love the students as their own children. It is difficult to find such teachers in other schools. There is a good arrangement for games and sports in my school. The special feature of my school is that we get refreshment in the races.
